These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sightline, an SMS-powered fleet and equipment status tracking service operated by Deskcraft Toolworks ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Sightline provides SMS-based status tracking for fleet vehicles, equipment, and tools. Authorized users send text messages to report status updates, which are parsed and displayed on a shared dashboard for their organization.

Sightline is an SMS-powered service. By checking the SMS consent checkbox and providing your phone number during sign-up, sign-in, or onboarding, you provide your express written consent to receive SMS text messages from Sightline. These messages include:
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may use the web dashboard without providing a phone number, though SMS-based features will be unavailable.
No SMS opt-in data or phone numbers will be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Sightline message. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Reply START to re-enable messaging. Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@sightline.now.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your usage of the Service.
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Billing is handled through our payment processor (Paddle). Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are presented at the time of purchase.
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Deskcraft Toolworks and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit through the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deskcraft Toolworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
