Sightline is an SMS-powered service. When you sign up and provide a phone number (or when your administrator adds your phone number to a Sightline account), you are giving your express written consent to receive SMS text messages from Sightline. These messages include:
- Status confirmations
- Dashboard summaries
- Verification codes for sign-in
- Clarification questions about your status updates
- Help responses and instructions
Message frequency varies based on your usage of the service. Sightline only sends messages in response to your inbound texts or as part of account verification — we NEVER send marketing or promotional messages.

Opt out: You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any Sightline message. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
