Sightline is a product of Deskcraft Toolworks ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our SMS-powered fleet and equipment status tracking service ("Service").

Sightline is an SMS-powered service. We collect your express written consent to receive SMS text messages at the time you provide your phone number during sign-up, sign-in, or onboarding. Consent is collected via an on-screen checkbox and disclosure that clearly describes the types of messages you will receive.
Types of messages: verification codes, equipment and fleet status confirmations, dashboard summaries, clarification questions about your status updates, and help/instruction responses.
Messages are sent only in response to your inbound texts or for account verification purposes — we do not send marketing, promotional, or unsolicited messages via SMS.
Consent is not required as a condition of purchase. You may use Sightline's web dashboard without providing a phone number, though core SMS-based features will be unavailable.
No information obtained via SMS opt-in will be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and SMS consent data are used solely for providing the Service.
Opt out: You can opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message from Sightline. After opting out you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. Reply START to re-enable messaging. Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@sightline.now.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your usage of the Service.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (TLS), secure data storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
The Service is not directed to individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
